Last updated: July 3, 2026

Scope of this policy

This Privacy Policy describes how XOps Maestros collects, uses, discloses, and protects information across the dashboard, community, learning, mentorship, recruiting, and AI-assisted product experiences for talents, mentors, and recruiters/orgs.

Information we collect

We collect account details, role or profile type, and any context you provide during signup. Depending on your profile type, we may also collect challenge submissions, project artifacts, review activity, ratings, community posts, recruiting workflow data, and usage events.

Profile, challenge, and recruiting data

Talents may provide professional profiles, resumes, project evidence, challenge work, and career preferences. Recruiters and organizations may provide company, role, shortlist, evaluation, and hiring workflow information. Mentors and Ops leaders may provide expertise areas, review notes, and community contributions.

AI-assisted features

Maxie and other AI-assisted features may process prompts, profile context, resumes, role preferences, hiring context, or other content you provide in order to generate suggestions. AI outputs can be imperfect and should be reviewed before use in professional, hiring, or career decisions.

How we use information

We use information to operate and improve the dashboard, personalize profile-specific experiences, support learning and mentorship workflows, enable recruiting features, prevent abuse, maintain security, analyze product usage, and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers, infrastructure providers, analytics providers, professional reviewers, mentors, recruiters, organizations, or other users when a feature you choose to use requires that sharing.

Cookies, analytics, and similar technologies

We may use cookies, analytics, logs, and similar technologies to understand usage, measure product performance, remember preferences, protect sessions, prevent abuse, and improve the user experience.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the dashboard, maintain security, support user requests, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should avoid submitting sensitive secrets, credentials, private keys, or confidential employer data.

Your choices and requests

You may request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction of certain information where applicable. Some requests may require identity verification and may be limited by security, legal, operational, or recordkeeping requirements.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the platform, legal requirements, or product features evolve. Material changes may be communicated through the dashboard, website, email, or other appropriate channels.

For privacy requests, use the official XOps Maestros contact channels published on the platform or in direct platform communications.
